Litigation Support – Our litigation team is available to handle litigation matters independently, or in concert with client litigation teams. We provide several services relating to litigation support.

• Onsite Attorney Support – We are available to work seamlessly with client legal teams to provide support, and travel to litigation sites as necessary.
• E-Discovery/Discovery – We are available to handle discovery issues for our clients.
• Designing Retention Procedures - assisting clients in updating and revising e-discovery policies & practices, document retention protocols, and litigation holds.
